CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made within 30 days of the original registration date and on or before December 15, 2026, will receive a refund of 85% of the total registration fee.

Cancellations made more than 30 days after the original registration date, but on or before December 15, 2026, will receive a 50% refund of the total registration fee.

After December 15, 2026, all registration fees are nonrefundable.

If you are unable to attend, your registration is fully transferable to another person.

Flint, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the retreat if the required minimum number of participants is not met. If Flint, Inc. cancels the retreat, all registration fees paid to Flint, Inc. will be refunded in full.

All amounts are in U.S. dollars.

RESPONSIBILITY

Flint, Inc. and Richard Flint act only as agents in securing hotel accommodations and are not responsible for the failure of any person or company to provide such services. Hotel accommodations and services are subject to the terms and conditions under which they are generally offered to the public.

Flint, Inc. and Richard Flint shall not be liable for personal injury, property loss, or other damages arising out of or related to the retreat.

Flint, Inc. and Richard Flint are also not responsible for inclement weather, political events, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond their control that may result in changes to, interruption of, or shortening of the retreat. No refunds will be issued for changes or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond the control of Flint, Inc. and Richard Flint.
